For all the ones who are saying that « you need to be happy alone » « deal with your issues first » « happiness doesn’t depend on someone else » « stop acting like a teenager », GUYS, a break up is still a break up in any case, people need support on that, it creates a trauma in your brain and your body. All the hormones of attachment, love and others that were created are gone now and your brain needs to readjust it. It takes time and people will heal obviously, and in this time, try to help these people, not to take them down reminding them obvious things. I went through that a couple of weeks ago and went fully through trauma cause someone played with me until the end and everyone was there for me to feel better, without reminding that you need to be happy on your own. It’s obvious. Just help others meanwhile. Man, all the best, and you’ll be fine; I promise, talk to people, friends, family, it’ll help.
