Vẫn sử dụng chiếc chảo đó, cho tỏi băm vào phi thơm, rồi cho tôm đảo trong 5 phút trên lửa lớn.
Sau đó trút trứng vào. Thêm 4 muỗng nước mắm, 1 chén nước lọc (chén ăn cơm), 1/2 muỗng nước màu, 1 muỗng đường hoà tan cho vào chảo rim trên lửa nhỏ.
