Cho tôm, bơ, hành tây để trong một bát lớn, thêm vào 60ml dầu ôliu, 60ml rượu vang đỏ, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột tỏi, ngò tây xắt nhỏ, mù tạt Dijon, muối và hạt tiêu lên cho đều, rưới lên bơ và tôm.
