Cà rốt, gọt vỏ cắt sợi nhỏ rồi trộn đều với bắp cải.
Tiếp đến thêm hành tây và hành lá cắt nhỏ vào, trộn đều lên.
Cho vào tô 1/2 muỗng canh đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh, 10ml sữa tươi, 1/2 muỗng cà phê mù tạt, khuấy đều. Sau khi trộn tất cả xong, mình mới cho 6 muỗng canh sốt mayonnaise vào trộn.
Cuối cùng là cắt nhỏ ngò rí, cho vào tô hỗn hợp trên và khuấy đều.
Đổ hỗn hợp vào tô rau củ và trộn đều lên là có thể dùng.
