Tôm xào hành tây và cà rốt với những con tôm nhỏ nhắn được tẩm ướp chút rượu vang, tiêu xay, chiên chín tới, có lớp vỏ đỏ au. Sau đó xào cùng với rau củ hành tây và cà rốt. Món ăn được nêm nếm đơn giản, thanh đạm thôi nhé!
Tôm tươi chọn mua những con có kích thước nhỏ để không cần phải bóc vỏ. Tôm mua về lấy bỏ chỉ đen, rửa sạch, ướp tôm với 1 muỗng canh rượu vang và ít tiêu sọ xay trong khoảng 5 phút.
Gừng thái sợi nhỏ. Hành lá cắt khúc ngắn. Hành tây thái lát mỏng. Cà rốt bào sợi nhỏ.
Đun nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho tôm đã ướp vào cho tôm chín đỏ đều vỏ, cho riêng ra đĩa.
Trong chảo khác, xào thơm gừng, hành lá với 2-3 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho hành tây và cà rốt xào, xào 1-2 phút. Sau đó đổ tôm đã chiên trở lại xào cùng. Nêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương, ít tiêu, xào tiếp 2-3 phút thì tắt bếp.
Tôm xào hành tây và cà rốt có thịt tôm chín giòn sật sật, ngấm đều dầu béo ngậy. Thịt tôm quyện đều các hương vị rau củ xào cùng, vị ăn hơi nhạt nhưng không kém phần ngon miệng đâu nhé!
