Khoai môn, cà rốt, củ sắn nạo sợi vắt bớt nước. Nấm mèo ngâm nở cắt nhuyễn. Tàu hũ ky chiên giòn. Đậu xanh hấp chin. Cho các nguyên liệu làm nhân vào 1 lớn, thêm ít bột mì để tạo sự kết dính. Nêm 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối và 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường rồi trộn đều lên nhé!
Cho miếng bánh tráng bia ra mặt phẳng, múc nhân cho vừa cuốn vào, cuốn lại thành từng cuốn chả giò thon và gọn. Làm tương tự cho đến hết nguyên liệu nhé!
Đun nóng dầu ăn với lửa vừa rồi cho chả vào chiên chín vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu là có thể dùng nhé!
